Have you ever tried to use Permalinks with WordPress running on an IIS server? What a pain. I created this ISAPI filter for IIS specifically to provide URL Rewriting for WordPress, without having to install and configure a full URL rewriting software package. This ISAPI filter allows you to create Permalinks that don’t suck, and it lets you do it very easily, with almost no configuration required. 解决IIS下UTF-8文件报错乱码的问题原因： 你的网站是utf-8编码，但iis的错误信息输出默认使用的是gb2312编码。导致iis出现运行时错误的时候显示的页面是乱码。
